Privacy notice for launch emails

Ridhara Fashions Private Limited offers an optional signup for emails about the launch of our new website. If we accept your signup, we send a confirmation email. Only after you confirm may we send one launch announcement. This signup is not for product promotions or a general newsletter.
What we collect
We record your email address, the version and time of your consent, confirmation attempt and send times, and any unsubscribe or delivery-suppression status. Confirmation and unsubscribe links use random tokens; we store hashes of those tokens rather than the tokens themselves.
To limit repeated or abusive attempts, we keep a keyed hash of your IP address for each hour, the hour's start time, and an attempt count. The counter does not store your raw IP address and is removed after about two hours. We also keep a message-reservation identifier, its time and purpose for up to 33 days to prevent duplicate sends and enforce sending limits. Webhook event IDs and times are kept for 30 days to reject repeated delivery events.
Who handles the email
We use Cloudflare to host this signup service and store signup information, and Resend to deliver emails and manage subscription preferences.
Unsubscribe and delivery problems
The launch announcement will have an unsubscribe link. You can also use the unsubscribe link in your confirmation email or contact us at ridharafashions.pvt.ltd@gmail.com. Unsubscribing stops future launch emails, although an email already being delivered may still arrive. Addresses reported as hard bounced or complained about are excluded from future sends.
How long we keep it
We schedule removal of unconfirmed signup requests after 30 days. Confirmed and unsubscribed signup records, together with their Resend contacts, are scheduled for removal 90 days after the launch announcement, or 12 calendar months after signup if no announcement is sent. If removing a Resend contact fails, we keep the signup record so we can retry. Resend may retain sent-email records and separate delivery-suppression records under its own retention policies after a contact is removed.
